After the very successful LP "Danses Romantiques" We have decided to present with Gerhard Oppitz another LP, this time titled "Impressions Romantiques". After beginning with two early Claude Debussy's Arabesques follows the ballad, with Gerhard Oppitz won the competition once makes music Youth. In memory of the clearaudio recently released as an LP Piano Concerto No. 2 by Giuseppe Martucci with Gerhard Oppitz as a soloist, then comes the most famous piano piece, a gorgeous nocturne. The character study "On fire" from Tchaikovsky's piano cycle "The Seasons" is heard on the decision of the first side plate. 

The second side starts with two arrangements of Schubert dances by Franz Liszt. In his "Soirees de Vienne" No. 6 and 7 are processed by Schubert piano pieces known to virtuoso pieces for evening entertainment dominated Viennese. The Great Polka in A major by Bedrich Smetana, leads on to the popular Humoresque by Antonin Dvorak, with the LP is the wonderful music of the Romantic period to the end.
